The process of coming it is unique to every individual-what someone is coming out of, when and how. The sense of feeling overwhelmed is common and it can create a huge amount of stress.
Finding community to support you, a medical team, therapists, coaches, healers, friends, family are paramount to overcoming the burden that one can feel while coming out. There are also ways you can support yourself and really understand what you need and want.
